Five questions
Good correspondence should explain what happened, which obligation or risk was triggered, what the causal link is, which evidence supports the position and what action is expected.
More arguments can weaken the case
An argument that opens a new dispute, reveals unnecessary information or does not lead to a conclusion can reduce coherence.
AI generates volume easily
The value of AI is not producing more words. It is identifying missing evidence, contradictions and the relationship between facts, contractual basis and requested action.
Editing is a strategic decision
The final document should reflect conscious choices: what is the principal argument, what is supporting, what needs more evidence and what should not be disclosed at this stage.
Advantage comes not from the maximum number of words, but from control over the logic of the case.
