I specialise in contract strategy, claims and risk management. My background combines construction delivery and production leadership, international team building and more than seventeen years in contract, claims and risk functions.

Built and led a team of up to 14 specialists supporting a portfolio of more than 20 projects, while personally controlling strategic matters and enabling knowledge transfer across contracts.
International delivery at scale
Led production and organizational growth in Spain and projects in Belgium and Algeria; expanded the structure from approximately 80 to 170 employees within two years.
Operational AI deployment
Implemented contract-specific AI assistants used daily by a five-person team, with centrally controlled instructions, updates and an error-feedback loop.
