Senior judgement remains essential where ambiguity, conflicting objectives, strategic risk, relationship consequences or accountability for the final recommendation are present.

The right question

The question is not whether AI will replace seniors. It is which parts of the work should be prepared earlier and better so that senior attention is used exactly where it creates the most value.

Automation should extend the reach of accountable judgement, not imitate it.
